About
LifeAnalytics Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based developer of IAS, an integrated platform for research data analysis, including imaging, genomics and related life-science data. We seek to join a consortium under HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-TOOL-01-two-stage: Development of predictive biomarkers of disease progression and treatment response by using AI methodologies for chronic non-communicable diseases. We are interested in contributing research software, image quantification, integrated analytical workflows and reproducible research reporting to a consortium-led biomarker study. We are looking for consortium coordinators, clinical research institutions and disease-domain investigators with appropriate clinical cohorts, longitudinal data and validation expertise for non-cancer chronic diseases. Together we would define a focused use case and assess how research imaging, genomic and other biomarker data can be integrated using established analytical and AI methods. IAS is intended for research use. We do not claim ownership of clinical cohorts, established clinical validation for this proposed application, or previous Horizon Europe project participation. Clinical data access, ethics, privacy, validation and regulatory responsibilities would need to be defined with the appropriate partners. No clinical data or unpublished product designs are included in this profile.
