About
Based on our proprietary bioinformatics tool, miRNAtarget (mirnatarget.com) we have developed a novel platform that is able to predict mRNA targets of differentially expressed miRNAs, as well as design custom miRNA sequences for various diseases by reverse prediction from gene targets to miRNA. Our novel miRNA – mRNA target prediction and miRNA sequence design software is available as fee for service to supply you with miRNA sequences for your target indications. The first bioinformatics tool, miRNAtarget is free for academic use and available for industry users for a subscription fee.
