About

Our group at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) builds AI systems that learn directly from raw cardiovascular and physiological signals including ECG, PPG, EEG, and audio, without requiring extensive labelled data. We develop self-supervised foundation models and federated learning frameworks that enable scalable, privacy-preserving cardiovascular health monitoring from everyday consumer devices such as wearables, smartphones, and earbuds. Our methods are designed to be deployable on-device, making them well-suited for population-scale screening and prevention programmes that go beyond controlled clinical settings.
