About
ATU St Angela's, home to Ireland's National Centre of Excellence for Home Economics, is seeking to join a consortium focused on projects dealing with the prevention of diet-related NCDs. The Department of Home Economics specialises in food and culinary education and research, consumer behaviour, nutrition, health, sustainability, and food and nutrition focused behavioural research with young people, families, and communities. We are looking for a consortium with whom we can contribute our expertise in food behaviours, nutrition, health, and interdisciplinary research to deliver impactful, evidence-based interventions for the primary prevention of diet and lifestyle related NCDs in youth and other age groups.
