Sym2Clinic : CARE-03 use case

EU Grants Manager at TIGA Information Technologies

Ankara, Türkiye

About

TIGA Healthcare Technologies is an experienced technology provider with a strong background in national-scale healthcare systems and international digital health projects.

TIGA has delivered national public health systems, such as personal health records, prescription services, and population-level health platforms. These systems are currently in use in Türkiye, Qatar, Estonia, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, supporting healthcare services for more than 120 million people. Alongside this work, TIGA conducts applied R&D on digital tools that support prevention, early intervention, and healthier lifestyles, and has participated in more than 7 EU-funded collaborative projects, contributing to key technical work and delivering systems ready for real-world use.

TIGA Contribution

TIGA can contribute as a technology partner by developing practical digital solutions that support early identification, monitoring, and management of climate-related health impacts, drawing on experience from large-scale system development and deployment within national healthcare infrastructures. Where relevant, TIGA can also support collaboration with clinical partners and policy makers, including ministries of health, to help align solutions with public-health strategies and real-world implementation.

For this call, TIGA proposes a digital approach that links symptom monitoring, environmental exposure, and data-driven insights to support early detection and timely response to climate-related health risks. The focus is on anticipation, preparedness, and support for both individual care pathways and public-health action.

The approach will focus on:

  • digital symptom monitoring and structured reporting linked to climate and environmental exposures

  • AI-based analytics to identify patterns, anticipate health risks, and support timely care decisions during climate-related events

  • integration of environmental, climate, and health data to enable population-level monitoring and preparedness

  • digital guidance to appropriate care pathways, supporting both remote and in-person services while reducing unnecessary burden on healthcare systems

  • generation of anonymised insights to support public-health planning, early warning, and health system resilience

  • ethical, secure, and privacy-preserving digital health architectures aligned with EU regulations
