ENVHLTH-01 LLM use case
EU Grants Manager at TIGA Information Technologies
Ankara, Türkiye
About
TIGA Healthcare Technologies is an experienced technology provider with a strong background in national-scale healthcare systems and international digital health projects.
TIGA has delivered national public health systems, such as personal health records, prescription services, and population-level health platforms. These systems are currently in use in Türkiye, Qatar, Estonia, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, supporting healthcare services for more than 120 million people. Alongside this work, TIGA conducts applied R&D on digital tools that support prevention, early intervention, and healthier lifestyles, and has participated in more than 7 EU-funded collaborative projects, contributing to key technical work and delivering systems ready for real-world use.
TIGA Contribution
TIGA can contribute as a technology partner by developing language-based digital tools that support behavioural prevention and mental well-being, drawing on experience from large-scale system development and deployment. Where relevant, TIGA can also support collaboration with clinical partners and policy makers to help align solutions with public-health and environmental strategies.
Mental Health LLM
For this call, TIGA proposes a digital mental well-being support system based on language technologies, designed to explore the links between environmental and social conditions and mental health at population level. The focus is on early support and prevention rather than clinical treatment.
The system will be designed to:
-
support individuals in coping with stress related to environmental and social factors such as urban living, noise, pollution, climate-related stress, and social pressures
-
encourage resilience, self-management, and healthy coping behaviours
-
offer early guidance when risk factors increase, before problems escalate
-
contribute insights that complement environmental, urban, and public-health research
Interaction will be simple and private, through text or voice. The system will provide structured, supportive responses grounded in behavioural approaches, with attention to ethical, safety, and public-health integration aspects.
