About
TRANSLATE-HEALTH is a cooperation framework designed to strengthen Horizon Europe Health projects by providing advanced translational training, clinical validation, and real-world implementation support. The initiative connects research and innovation consortia with specialised medical education infrastructure, including cadaver-based procedural labs, simulation environments, and certified clinician upskilling programmes.
The cooperation focuses on the critical gap between technological development and safe clinical uptake. TRANSLATE-HEALTH enables partners to validate new tools, therapies, and digital solutions in realistic settings, while simultaneously preparing healthcare professionals, regulators, and health systems for adoption.
The platform is designed to integrate as a dedicated Training, Validation and Uptake Work Package within Horizon consortia, covering:
-
Hands-on clinical validation and protocol testing
-
Workforce upskilling and continuous medical education
-
Simulation and cadaver-based testing of procedures and devices
-
Implementation readiness and dissemination to healthcare systems
Target Horizon Europe Health Calls
