Policy tools / briefs, stakeholder mapping/engagement, clustering, community of practice

Director, Euro Atlantic Diplomacy Society at Euro Atlantic Diplomacy Society

Sibiu, Romania

About

Through informed research, actionable recommendations (incl. policy tools and policy briefs), and dynamic stakeholder engagement (and mapping), EAD Society empowers communities, accelerates progress, and designs policies that pave the way for more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable societies.

During project implementation, we ensure the full policy cycle required by the European Commission, encompassing all stages from mapping and analytical design to stakeholder engagement and formal validation. This approach aims to effectively connect policymakers and decision-makers, thereby consolidating sustainable and actionable project outcomes.
