About

I am a Researcher at SMK College of Applied Sciences in Lithuania.

My areas of interest include public health issues, research on risk factors and prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases. I am interested in the importance of healthy lifestyles, creating a health-friendly environment and self-care in order to prevent chronic diseases. I am also interested in the application of patient-integrated care models, which can contribute to better health outcomes and quality of life by applying science-based, integrated solutions in the health system.
