About
We support companies in preparing competitive Horizon Europe – Health proposals, from concept shaping and clinical/technical positioning to work-package design, budgeting, and full Part B drafting (including ethics, data management, gender dimension, and risk management). Beyond submission, we can join the consortium as a project partner to contribute to project management coordination support, dissemination & communication, exploitation planning (results-to-impact pathway, IP/foreground strategy, uptake routes), and impact assessment (KPIs, monitoring, stakeholder engagement), ensuring strong delivery, measurable outcomes, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
