About

At Gradiant, we work at the intersection of data science, clinical insight and technological innovation to push healthcare toward a more predictive, preventive and personalised future. Our teams have spent years developing algorithms capable of anticipating clinical events before they manifest, detecting subtle patterns that signal deterioration, and supporting professionals with tools that enhance(not replace) their expertise.

A significant part of our work focuses on predictive modelling for relapse and risk evolution. We design machine‑learning systems that learn from complex, heterogeneous datasets: clinical histories, physiological signals, behavioural indicators and imaging data. These models help identify early warning signs that might otherwise go unnoticed, enabling clinicians to intervene sooner and more effectively. We also have extensive experience in early detection and screening, where our AI‑based solutions analyse large volumes of data to uncover patterns invisible to the human eye. Whether it’s identifying anomalies in medical images, flagging subtle changes in patient trajectories or supporting large‑scale screening programmes, our technologies are built to be both accurate and clinically meaningful.

Medical imaging is another of our core strengths. Over the years, we have developed advanced computer‑vision systems capable of segmentation, classification and anomaly detection across modalities such as MRI, CT, ultrasound and dermoscopy. These tools support diagnostic workflows, reduce workload and improve consistency in clinical assessments. Our work with Digital Human Twins brings all these capabilities together. By creating dynamic, personalised models that simulate an individual’s physiological and behavioural evolution, we enable the exploration of “what‑if” scenarios, personalised treatment planning and continuous monitoring strategies. This approach opens the door to a new generation of health‑management tools that adapt to each patient’s unique profile.

We invite potential partners to explore our website, where you can find detailed information about our ongoing and completed projects in digital health, predictive analytics, imaging and digital twins. Our track record reflects not only technical excellence but also a strong commitment to impactful collaboration.
