We are actively seeking partners to collaborate within Horizon Europe projects, contributing complementary expertise and technologies to Virology R&D. IRBM is a SME institute in Pomezia, near Rome, Italy, with over thirty years of experience in preclinical drug discovery and development. It has successfully advanced multiple molecules to market, offering comprehensive support from hit identification to lead optimization for various therapeutic modalities, including small molecules, peptides, antibodies and cell therapy. IRBM features an integrated facility encompassing chemistry, biology, peptide and antibody sciences, and preclinical translation, with extensive capabilities such as high-throughput screening, antibody generation, and automated medicinal chemistry. Additional resources include in vitro and in vivo ADME/DMPK studies, flow cytometry, mass spectrometry, and AI-driven computational methods, as well as a high-standard SPF small animal facility.
