OBJECTIVES & IMPACT
Enable quantitative in vivo biodistribution studies of photo-sensitizers using BODIPYs for Fluoro-PET and/or BNCT through innovative isotopic labelling approaches
OUR EXPERTISE
•Long-standing expertise in stable-isotope labelling of APIs and quantitative in vivo distribution analysis
•Method development PET-chemistry for BODIPYs
EXTERNAL EXPERTISE SOUGHT
•PET centres for validation and biodistribution studies of 18F-BODIPY agents
•BNCT irradiation facilities with neutron beam and dosimetry expertise
•Translational partners to benchmark boron uptake, efficacy and safety
