PDT/PTT suported Host-Directed Therapy with Kinase Inhibitors. Enable hypoxia-active phototherapeutic combination therapies that overcome efficacy limits of HDT

•Design and optimization of BODIPY-based PDT/PTT agents with exceptional light-to-dark toxicity ratios
•Design and optimization of conjugates of BODIPY-kinase inhibitors
EXTERNAL EXPERTISE SOUGHT
•Disease biology and in vivo models (infectious diseases, AMR)
•Kinase libraries for BODIPY conjugation
•Access to BSL-2/3/4 facilities
