ADIPER – Living Lab for Real-Life Validation of Integrated Health and Care Innovations

ADIPER is a Spanish organisation specialised in the real-life validation of innovative health and care solutions for older adults and people with chronic conditions, with strong experience in home-based and community care services. We operate as a living lab in controlled domiciliary, rural and community settings, enabling co-design, piloting and iterative evaluation of interventions beyond clinical environments. Our approach ensures that innovations are tested under real-world conditions, reflecting the daily needs, constraints and behaviours of end users and caregivers.

ADIPER bridges health, social care and digital solutions by working closely with public authorities, service providers, technology partners and local communities. We offer structured access to real users, ethical and methodological supervision, and robust data collection frameworks. Our impact assessment focuses on quality of life, functional outcomes, usability, adherence and service efficiency, supporting scalable, person-centred and sustainable care models aligned with Horizon Europe priorities.
