As Doğuş Teknoloji, we can contribute by designing and implementing a secure, interoperable data platform that enables collection, integration, and analysis of real‑world data from participating healthcare organisations, with a particular focus on medication use and associated adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in situations of polypharmacy. The platform will support the aggregation of heterogeneous data sources, including electronic health records, medication histories, reported side effects, and relevant biomarker data, in compliance with data quality standards and GDPR requirements. Building on this integrated data infrastructure, advanced AI and data analytics models can be applied to identify, model, and predict relationships between drugs, drug combinations, biomarkers, and observed adverse reactions, supporting early detection of ADRs, prevention of prescription cascades, and risk stratification of patient groups.

 We can satisfy the below scope/outcomes of the call:
-  Maximise the use of technology, such as electronic health records, artificial intelligence and clinical decision support systems, to support safe medication use and prevent adverse drug reactions.
