About

ePokratis MedAiConnect is TMA’s end-to-end telemedicine solution that unifies secure virtual care, remote monitoring and clinical data exchange into one multilingual (EL/EN) platform. Built on a modern, web-based stack and open standards, it enables primary care networks, hospitals and community services to deliver safe, accessible care anywhere—without sacrificing security, auditability or clinical workflow depth.

At the point of care, clinicians launch high-quality, encrypted video consultations, share screens and documents, prescribe follow-ups, and capture structured notes directly into the integrated EMR/PHR. Patients connect from any device with guided intake, consent prompts and real-time status updates, while caregivers can be invited into the session when appropriate. Between visits, MedAiConnect supports remote patient monitoring with medical-grade device integration (e.g., BP cuffs, oximeters, glucometers), automated readings, and trend views that feed clinical decision-making.

The “AiConnect” layer adds rules- and model-driven assistance: triage automation, risk flags, vital-sign anomaly detection, and smart alerts that route to the right clinician or team. These insights are explainable, logged and governed, and can be tuned to local protocols. Care teams orchestrate work with multilingual messaging, tasks and care plans, while schedulers manage clinics, outreach and follow-ups across facilities.

Designed for interoperability, MedAiConnect speaks HL7® FHIR® (R4) and supports IHE/DICOM where relevant, enabling safe exchange with national systems and third-party platforms. Optional connectors integrate with registries, e-prescription, claims and analytics warehouses, ensuring telemedicine data contributes to quality, safety and performance indicators. Role- and attribute-based access (RBAC/ABAC), SSO (OAuth2/OpenID Connect), full audit trails, encryption in transit and at rest, and GDPR-aligned controls (consent, minimisation, retention, DPIA support) are standard.

Operations are cloud-agnostic: deploy on EU-region cloud or on-prem with Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, monitoring and backup/DR. Admins get a centralized console for configuration, localisation, device management, and policy enforcement. Users benefit from WCAG-compliant design, bilingual interfaces, in-app guidance, and a training hub with micro-learning modules.

In short, ePokratis MedAiConnect turns virtual care into a first-class clinical channel—combining secure video, remote monitoring, EMR/PHR workflows, AI-assisted triage and robust interoperability—so health systems can scale high-quality, data-driven care across regions.
