Toronto, Canada

About

The Knowledge Synthesis (KS) Team at the KT Program, led by Dr. Andrea Tricco, offers evidence synthesis, statistical modeling for knowledge synthesis, coaching, and capacity-building services to a wide range of knowledge users. The KS Team advances the science of KS methodology (including systematic reviews, network meta-analysis, scoping reviews, and rapid reviews) to promote and improve evidence-informed decision-making.

We:collaborate with researchers and knowledge users in Canada and globally to provide the best available evidence to decision-makers; inform decisions in healthcare practice, health policy and KS methods; provide consultation and capacity-building, and advance the science of KS methods and patient engagement (e.g., extension to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses - PRISMA guidelines).
