Clinical partners for a buccal drug delivery platform for complex APIs (inlcuding Medical Cannabis)

CEO at MEDICAL FLOWERS DEVELOPMENTS

MADRID, Spain

About

We are seeking collaboration partners to support the clinical development and validation of a buccal drug delivery platform for complex APIs, with an initial focus on psychiatric indications and substance use disorders.

We are particularly interested in collaborating with:
– Clinical Research Organisations (CROs) experienced in early-phase clinical trials (Phase I/II), pharmacokinetics and psychiatric or addiction-related studies
– Digital health or AI companies providing platforms for clinical data structuring, adherence monitoring and real-world evidence generation
– Pharmaceutical or biotech laboratories active in the psychiatry or addiction medicine ecosystem

Potential collaborations include participation in Horizon Europe collaborative projects, clinical feasibility studies, observational or interventional trials, and joint development of clinical and digital tools to support treatment standardisation and outcome measurement.

The platform is compatible with botanical-derived and complex APIs, including regulated medical cannabis-based active substances, developed under pharmaceutical quality and clinical research standards.
