Luminescent dyes for advanced diagnosis
Associate Professor at University of Milan
Milano, Italy
About
As part of the University of Milan, one of the largest italian universities, we are experts on the preparation and investigation of innovative and highly efficient emitters in different colours, from blue to near-infrared, as well as different lifetime scales, from nanoseconds to hundreds of microseconds.
Dyes can be used as labels and sensors in vivo (cellular environment) and in vitro upon surface functionalization.
This expertise aligns with HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-TOOL-03, which calls for embedded sensors enabling real-time monitoring of physiological responses, as well with HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-DISEASE-03, which calls for advancing research for diagnosis.
We are ready to join consortia developing innovative NAM-based solutions.
