About
Interested in collaborating on projects focused on identifying and addressing low-value care in health and care systems. With a background as a Pharmacist and advanced training including a Master’s in Management and a PhD in Health Economics, I currently work as a Coordinator Professor and Senior Researcher in health management, health economics, sustainability, and circular-economy approaches in healthcare. My experience spans public hospital pharmacy, technical direction of pharmaceutical distribution, ISO-based quality systems, data-driven stock management, and the development of innovative models to improve the efficiency, safety, and resilience of health services. I am particularly motivated to contribute to European consortia exploring evidence-based strategies to reduce low-value practices, optimise resource use, and strengthen the sustainability and performance of health systems.
