Modelling of Disease and Treatment

Manager, Medical-Computational Collaborations at Institute for Medical BioMathematics (IMBM)

Bene Ataroth, Israel

About

We at IMBM are interested in adding to clinical decision making by using mathematical modelling of diseases (infectious diseases, cancer, etc.) and treatment and based on these dynamic models generate prediction algorithms using machine learning methods. Mathematical modelling gives a scientific rational to the algorithm and allows to predict current drugs effects, but also new drugs.

We are looking to join a consortium in the areas of infectious disease modeling and treatment, modelling various cancer treatments, and clinical trial optimization by modelling patients under various treatments.
