New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) to advance biomedical research and testing of medicinal products and medical devices
Co-founder and General Director at BioTalentum
Godollo, Hungary
About
BioTalentum is a Hungarian human stem-cell SME, actively working on NAMs for biomedical applications. Prof.Dinnyes is a very experienced coordinator (11 FP7/H2020) and current participant of several alternative testing method focused EU projects on air pollution effects on brain diseases and CRO provider of such services to industry. We plan to develop further in vitro and in silico methods, validation and industrial uptake. Our objective is to develop and apply human iNAM tools integrating understanding of human biology and related disease pathways towards comprehensive safety assessment of biomedical solutions for disease modifying effects and pharmaceutical and medical device safety toxicology without animal testing. We offer human stem cell-based neuronal and immune models (2D/3D), multi-organ-on-a-chip technology and modelling to provide a better understanding on human molecular/cellular/organ level disease modifying and potential toxic effects. Due to our Consulting Branch, we can provide professional proposal submission services, and management, dissemination, outreach, business development, regulatory contacts in a consortium
