Founder of Decarbtech4in e.U. and PhD candidate specializing in industrial decarbonization, energy and emission analysis, transition pathways and circular economy. Seeking to joint CET Partnership consortia as an Austrian SME and technical partner.
Decarbtech4in e.U. is a specialized Austrian SME supporting industrial decarbonization and the transition towards low-carbon and resource-efficient production. Our work covers industrial energy and emissions analysis, carbon accounting, transition pathway and scenario development, circular economy analysis, and the assessment of emission-reduction options such as energy efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, hydrogen, and carbon capture, utilization, and storage technologies. Our sectoral expertise covers energy-intensive industries, including iron and steel, cement, aluminium, chemicals and petrochemicals, and pulp and paper. We are particularly interested in international R&I projects involving integrated industrial energy systems, resource and energy efficiency, process transformation, industrial symbiosis, and the integration of low-carbon technologies into industrial processes. Decarbtech4in can contribute to baseline and energy-flow analysis, emissions modelling, technology and scenario comparison, sustainability and circularity assessment, KPI development, preliminary feasibility and replication assessments, stakeholder engagement, and professional training. We are seeking to collaborate with industrial companies, research organizations, universities, technology providers, and other SMEs that are developing and demonstrating integrated solutions for a climate-neutral industry.
I am the founder of the Decarbtech4in e.U. and Phd candidate at Montanuniversität Leoben with a research background in industrial energy systems and decarbonisation pathways for energy-intensive industries. My doctoral research was initiated within the NEFI_Lab research consortium and focuses on the Austrian steel, cement, chemical, plastics, and pulp and paper sectors.
Before establishing DecarbTech4In, I worked at the Chair of Energy Network Technology at Montanuniversität Leoben, conducting sectoral energy and emissions analyses and developing technology-based transition scenarios. This work gave me a detailed understanding of industrial processes, energy flows, emissions sources, circular-economy strategies and the practical challenges of industrial transformation.
I am interested in collaborating with industrial, research, and technology partners in international R&I projects, particularly where sector-specific knowledge, scenario modelling, technology assessment, circular-economy analysis, preliminary feasibility analysis, and replication across energy-intensive industries are required.
