Coordinator of SENDAI-FOOD, building a consortium for CETP Joint Call 2026 (CM2026-09). We bring an artisan cheese demonstrator and seek partners in multi-vector storage and a second cold-intensive demonstrator.
I am the manager of Quesería Rey Silo, an artisan raw-milk cheese producer in Pravia, Asturias (Spain). I coordinate SENDAI-FOOD, our initiative to bring industrial energy intelligence to cold-intensive food manufacturing — combining a cognitive multi-vector energy management system, hybrid storage (electrochemical, thermo-hydraulic and cold-process thermal inertia), on-site PV and a digital twin, demonstrated in real food plants.
For the CETPartnership Joint Call 2026 (Call Module CM2026-09, Integrated industrial energy systems), I am building a transnational consortium. Our Spanish core covers the artisan-cheese demonstrator, renewables and PV/storage integration, and AI/digital. We are looking for two complementary partners: one in thermal / multi-vector energy storage, and a second industrial demonstrator from a different cold-intensive subsector (frozen foods, meat or seafood processing, or refrigerated logistics) in another participating country.
