GG Advisory is an independent advisory practice supporting clean-energy, climate-tech and sustainability-focused organisations in turning technically complex ideas into fundable, deliverable and market-ready projects. We work with technology developers, start-ups, infrastructure owners, research teams and public-sector partners on energy transition strategy, investment readiness, digital decision tools, project structuring and implementation planning. Our work is particularly focused on renewable and distributed energy systems, storage, flexibility, off-grid and energy-intensive infrastructure, digital twins, resilience modelling, industrial decarbonisation and the commercialisation of climate technologies. GG Advisory brings a practical bridge between technical analysis, business case development, funding narratives, stakeholder engagement and delivery governance. We are especially interested in collaborative RDI and demonstration projects where modelling, market understanding and implementation discipline can help accelerate replication and real-world impact.

About me

I am the Founder and Principal of GG Advisory, based in Melbourne with strong European roots and experience across Australia, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

My background combines electrical engineering, a PhD in AI-enabled energy systems modelling, an Executive MBA and more than 20 years of strategy, risk, infrastructure and energy transition advisory experience. I have worked across projects involving distributed energy resources, renewable integration, resilience, digital twins, flexible demand, off-grid infrastructure, climate-tech commercialisation and sustainability strategy.

Through CETPartnership, I am interested in connecting with research organisations, technology developers, utilities, industrial partners and regional innovation actors looking to build strong consortia around applied clean-energy demonstration, system integration and market deployment.
