Assistant Professor at Istanbul Technical University (ITU). Expertise in hydrogen technologies, energy systems modelling, techno-economic analysis and industrial decarbonization. Open to new project ideas and existing CETP consortia.
Istanbul Technical University (ITU) is one of the leading technical universities in Türkiye and has extensive experience in European and international research projects. With strong expertise in energy technologies, hydrogen, renewable energy systems, and industrial decarbonization, ITU promotes multidisciplinary research and close collaboration with academia and industry to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for global energy challenges.
I am an Assistant Professor at ITU Energy Institute, Istanbul Technical University (Türkiye). My research interests include hydrogen technologies, fuel cells, electrolyzers, renewable energy systems, and power-to-X technologies. I have extensive experience in thermodynamic and exergy analysis, process modelling, techno-economic assessment, and life cycle assessment of integrated energy systems. I am particularly interested in low-carbon hydrogen, methane pyrolysis, carbon valorisation, and industrial decarbonization. I am looking forward to establishing international collaborations within CETPartnership and am open both to developing new project ideas and contributing to existing consortia.
