Antarctica loses one Everest of ice per year, and this is just one example of the current climate crisis. While renewables could reverse this situation, their expansion requires a scalable and sustainable energy storage system, being green hydrogen the best solution.
Unfortunately, the adoption of hydrogen is very slow, as it is limited by the lack of a distribution and supply infrastructure, high cost of hydrogen supply in mobility and low efficiency of fuel cell systems.
Hydros Power was born put an end to these problems, and this is why we have created STELION, a complete and decentralized solution composed of STELION Powertrains, which are hydrogen energy storage modules that will easily replace current batteries in many applications. STELION Capsules, that are plug and play capsules that will allow fast refueling of our powertrains, and finally, STELION Station, that will generate the hydrogen at the place of consumption, eliminating the need for a global distribution infrastructure.
At Hydros Power, innovation is part of our DNA. Our last-mile distribution and supply capsules eliminate the need for cooling systems, saving up to 28% in hydrogen supply costs. Our capsules are made of recirculable organic materials with a very high porosity, capable of storing hydrogen at ambient temperature, reaching energy densities suitable for mobility and reducing the required pressure by 30%.
Regarding the overall efficiency of our powertrains, we increase it by 20% thanks to our energy management software based on Deep Reinforcement Learning. In addition, with this software we expect to increase the useful life of the fuel cell by an impressive 38%.
