Net-Zero Geosystems (NZG) is a technology company, specializing in advanced simulation modelling services aimed at enhancing the safety and efficiency of subsurface energy projects. In 2022, NZG was successful in an innovation competition led by the United Kingdom Department of Energy, Security & Net Zero’s (DESNZ). As a result, NZG has led the delivery of a £1m project, supported through three key industry organisations; TotalEnergies, Shell and Equinor. The project is centred around industrialising evidence-based simulators to predict well integrity loss, well leakages and to help reduce their likelihood. The collaborative nature of the project with industry stakeholders further highlights NZG’s knowledge and expertise and its ability to deliver fit for purpose solutions. Net-Zero Geosystems has extensive experience in developing numerical modelling software from the ground up and applying them to complex geoscientific problems. In particular, NZG is able to rigorously select a set of assumptions which will represent the problem in the most accurate way. The organisation has academic foundations and excels in developing creative methods to solve new problems. NZG places a strong focus on scientific rigour, clarity of scientific communications and quality of outputs for clients.
