NGO E-TEAM is officially validated by the EU Transparency Register and offers robust on-the-ground implementation capacity for CETPartnership, Horizon Europe, and LIFE consortia.

With a core team bringing 6+ years of background from the International Finance Corporation (IFC - World Bank Group), we have successfully implemented over 380 residential energy modernization projects in Ukraine, resulting in 312 GWh/year of energy savings.

What we offer to your consortium as a Project Partner:

• Pilot Implementation & Living Labs: We provide direct access to Ukrainian municipalities and Homeowners Associations (HOAs) to test, validate, and scale your innovative clean energy solutions in real-world residential environments.

• Local Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to mobilize communities and establish Energy Communities. (We recently engaged over 100 municipalities in a single national capacity-building event).

• Data Collection & MRV: Conducting baseline assessments and continuous monitoring on the local level.

• Policy Adaptation: Assisting in the development of Municipal Energy Plans (MEPs/SECAPs) based on empirical project results.

We operate on a financially sustainable hybrid model (B2G contracts + donor funding from GIZ, UNIDO, EU LIFE) and ensure strict compliance with international standards. We are looking to join Lead Partners (Universities, Research Institutes, EU NGOs) as a reliable validation and implementation partner.
