About
STRATECO OG works in mainly in the following areas: life cycle assessment of sustainable systems, development and implementation of regional renewable energy technology networks through economic optimisation, and preparation of sustainability-related reports and work in the field of communicating sustainability-related topics in education.
The STRATECO team acquired comprehensive know-how for the implementation of consulting and planning processes with individual companies, municipalities, cities, research institutions as well as schools and individuals in the field of sustainable development. After fulfilling research activities at the Graz University of Technology, the STRATECO team now focuses on implementation projects under the motto: From knowledge to action!
With the educational background of environmental systems science and several years of work at Graz University of Technology, the STRATECO team offers extensive experience in knowledge transfer, especially with footprint calculators and illustrative teaching methods. Especially the engagement in with various stakeholders in the field of regional sustainable development represents a good added value through our work.
STRATECO's team, has extensive skills and experience in the preparation of sustainability related assignments, projects and reports, environmental sustainability assessment and optimal use of renewable resources. The overall underlying objective is to develop concrete strategies and measures to counteract climate change and to deal with its consequences. The breadth of our knowledge base enables us to include all relevant aspects for joint climate protection efforts, such as reports related to sustainability, climate protection and adaptation. In the field of school and university education, STRATECO imparts knowledge of specific methods as well as contextual broader knowledge in the general environment of sustainability in the form of training. This includes related topics such as (bio)resource management, circular economy, dealing with climate change and bio-economy.
