Improving interface of perovskite LEDS for high EL overshoot by controlling Ion migration

About
Perovskite LEDS have immense potential for industrial applications, having tunable bandgaps, bright colour emission, tunable bandgaps, low energy consumption, and roll-to-roll processing. However, a wide range of improvements needs to be implemented to make them commercialised, like balanced injection of carriers, increased radiative recombinations and improved optical light coupling.
In my research work, I am trying to mitigate ion redistribution while LED operation to enhance the movement of free carriers for a high radiative recombination for improved ELQE values. A wide range of processing routes will be explored with different charge transport layers along with interlayer passivants to improve device passivation and stability.
