WHAT WE OPERATE
Veles Productions runs a professional XR capture and production facility in Warsaw, purpose-built for immersive content, synthetic data generation, and enterprise training. Our infrastructure is operational and available for consortium project use.

DEPLOYED SYSTEMS (TRL 6-7)
Infinity Rides DragonCoaster VR — Operational AR/VR enhancement system for physical roller coasters. Location-based entertainment with real-time rendering and motion synchronisation. Deployed and running at Julinek Park.
RESPONDER — VR military training platform for tactical scenario simulation and decision-making under pressure. Defence-sector validated.
Virtual Production Stage — Commercial LED wall volume used for film, broadcast, and motion capture projects. Now being applied to synthetic data generation and AI training datasets.
WHAT WE BRING TO A CONSORTIUM
1. XR Development & Integration Development of VR/AR prototypes, immersive training modules, and interactive systems. Full UE5 and Unity capability. Delivery from design to deployment.
2. Synthetic Data for AI Our LED stage + mocap facility generates physically-grounded training data with automatic labeling. Real physics in the capture volume, digitally controlled environment on the LED wall. Domain randomization at the physical-digital boundary produces datasets 100-1000x larger than single-session capture — without manual annotation.
3. Digital Twin Creation Physical performance capture converted to interoperable digital twins. Multi-sensor fusion ensures sub-mm accuracy. Output in standard formats (USD, FBX, ROS 2) for downstream integration.
4. Enterprise VR Training Motion-capture-validated training with compliance-grade fidelity. Measurable competency verification through biometrics, eye-tracking, and decision logs. Sectors: manufacturing, defence, energy, healthcare.
5. Pilot Deployment & Validation Real-world deployment experience across entertainment, defence, and industrial sectors. We validate that research outputs work outside the lab.
