Visios Consulting UG is a Germany-based XR consultancy focused on project management, consortium coordination, and the real-world deployment of immersive technologies.

We support European research and innovation projects by translating strategic objectives into concrete XR use cases and ensuring reliable delivery across multi-stakeholder environments. Our work spans XR project structuring, partner coordination, vendor management, timeline planning, hardware logistics, and deployment support beyond pilot phases.

Visios builds on several years of hands-on experience in international XR initiatives within large enterprise environments. Prior to founding Visios, the founder contributed to building and scaling an international XR team at Allianz, leading and coordinating multiple cross-border XR projects in areas such as VR training, onboarding, immersive collaboration, and virtual event formats.

We do not position ourselves as a development or research provider. Instead, Visios acts as a delivery-focused partner, bridging research, technology, and application. Our role within consortia is to de-risk execution, align stakeholders, structure use cases, and support operational excellence.

As a newly founded SME, Visios brings enterprise-grade project management experience, an international XR network, and strong execution capabilities. We are particularly interested in contributing to Horizon Europe consortia as a project management and coordination partner, supporting deployment, stakeholder alignment, and impact-driven implementation.
