SUB IQ is a Turkey-based SME operating within a university technopark, where we actively conduct R&D and develop advanced digital solutions for modern manufacturing environments. As an ERP, MES and AI-driven software producer, our work focuses on intelligent production optimisation, data-driven decision support and Industry 4.0 transformation.

We are currently in informal collaboration with:
• 1 Turkish university, supporting research–industry alignment and academic validation,
• 1 Greece-based manufacturing company with highly advanced production processes, providing real industrial datasets and pilot environments,
• 1 large-scale Turkish medical device manufacturer, offering complex quality and regulatory workflows ideal for AI-enabled optimisation.

These collaborations provide strong industrial grounding, but we are seeking an established consortium leader to formally structure our role in an upcoming Horizon Europe project. Once partnered with a suitable coordinator, we can contribute our ongoing R&D projects—focused on AI-driven production intelligence, predictive analytics, digital quality management and adaptive manufacturing systems—to enrich the proposal’s technical depth and TRL maturity.

Our aim is to support consortia with a combination of hands-on industrial experience, software engineering capability, and validated pilot environments, ensuring that project outcomes are both scientifically robust and commercially relevant.
