WHAT WE BRING TO A CONSORTIUM
1. A production-grade multi-agent platform for autonomous building operations — livein production with real tenants, not a simulation or prototype.
2. A gamified human sensor network (Scout program): distributed human reporters scanQR codes on building fixtures and report issues in under 10 seconds. The incentiveeconomy (XP, streaks, missions, trust scoring, leaderboards) is fully programmablevia API, enabling researchers to build autonomous agents that observe human behaviorand adapt incentives in real time.
3. AI routing and coordination: reports are automatically classified, prioritized, androuted to the right maintenance person. The system reasons about building state,detects patterns, and escalates unresolved issues.
4. REST API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) interfaces for AI agent integration.Multi-tenant, 11 languages, full analytics dashboard.
5. University campus deployment capability. We can deploy QR codes and activate Scoutnetworks on campuses within days.
FOUNDER BACKGROUND
Osher Yadgar — PhD in Multi-Agent Systems. Postdoctoral researcher at SRI International(AI Center). Expertise in sensor fusion, distributed autonomous systems, and human-agentcoordination.

- Multi-agent systems research groups (planning, reasoning, coordination, MARL)- Smart building or built environment RTOs with domain expertise or digital twin capabilities- European universities willing to serve as campus pilot deployment sites- An experienced Horizon Europe coordinator with large-scale RIA track record- Crowdsourcing and human-AI collaboration researchers
