AI-driven Funding Intelligence Pilot (NLP + Knowledge Graph)

We are interested in applied AI for funding intelligence—especially advanced NLP, information extraction from heterogeneous unstructured documents, and Knowledge Graph/ontology-based structuring and reasoning. This includes building scalable pipelines for semantic normalization, entity/relation extraction, and explainable retrieval/matching (a big-data style challenge due to volume, variety, and frequent updates of source texts). We can contribute a real-life use case and pilot environment through Fininfo.bg, an in-house developed platform and curated database focused on funding opportunities in Bulgaria, with potential to scale to other markets. We can provide domain experts for human-in-the-loop validation, evaluation with real user queries, and support for dissemination and exploitation.
