Associated Partner Seek Coordinator: Human-Centric AI Telemetry & Workflow Optimisation

Director at Applied EQ Services Ltd

Sydney, Australia

About

Project Cooperation Opportunity: Horizon Europe Pillar II

Primary Target Call: HORIZON-CL4-2027-04-DIGITAL-EMERGING-04 (Apply AI: Challenge-Driven AI Innovation Booster)

Secondary Call Alignment: HORIZON-CL4-2027-02-DIGITAL-EMERGING-52 & Cluster 1 Health (Psychosocial Risk)

1. Executive Overview:

Applied EQ Services (an eligible Australian Associated Country SME) and Monash University Business School offer European Project Coordinators (Lead RTOs/Universities) and Tier 1 Industrial Testbed Hosts (Aerospace, Defence, Rail, Logistics) a modular, low-friction Horizon Europe Pillar II Work Package.

We contribute EQ SCOTi™ - a privacy-first linguistic telemetry framework advancing from TRL 4/5 pilot validation to TRL 6/7 field trials in operational testbeds. The platform measures real-time team Friction Tax (Tf = Σ(Vd · δsync)) and detects early warning indicators—such as "Status Theatre", "Radio Silence", and the "Lone Wolf Effect" - to de-risk complex multi-partner project execution.

2. Technological Innovation & Privacy Architecture:

  • Scientific Foundations: Grounded in peer-reviewed research on psychological safety, social physics, and human systems dynamics (Goleman, Pentland, Hackman, Edmondson).

  • SLM Telemetry Engine: Powered by SmartR AI private Small Language Models analyzing non-semantic grammatical metadata to replace reactive RAG charts with predictive team velocity indicators.

  • Privacy-by-Design Technical Roadmap: A core objective of our TRL 4/5 to 6/7 research pathway is co-developing a zero-persistence enclave architecture. Utilising volatile RAM execution, one-way cryptographic identity hashing, and automated memory purge verification, this architecture is designed to guarantee full GDPR compliance with zero persistent raw text storage or unauthorized model retraining.

3. Academic Validation & Research Rigour:

Independent double-blind empirical validation is led by Prof. Herman Tse and Dr Bin Wang (Monash University Business School), benchmarking continuous, non-invasive team telemetry directly against established psychometric frameworks (Bar-On EQ-i 2.0, MSCEIT) and occupational health registries (COPSOQ).

4. Consortium Roles Offered:

  • Work Package / Task Lead for Dynamic Group EQ, Human-AI Teamwork Telemetry, and Project Execution De-risking.

  • Co-authoring support for Section 1 (Excellence) and Section 2 (Impact).

  • Complete academic oversight, ethical governance, and validation reporting via Monash Business School.

5. Financial & Legal Status:

As an Australian Associated Country SME, our participation is supported under Australia's Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR) Horizon Europe framework (Model A proposal development grant). Because Australian entities in Pillar II consortia are funded directly from the central EU budget, our inclusion creates zero national co-funding complexity for European lead applicants.

6. Cooperation Sought:

  • European Project Coordinator (RTO / University lead with an established Horizon Europe Pillar II track record).

  • Tier 1 Operational Testbed Hosts (Aerospace, Precision Engineering, Safety-Critical Systems, Rail & Logistics) interested in hosting zero-disruption field pilots to optimize high-stress team delivery.
