About
MindRove offers a modular wearable sensor suite for next-generation human-machine collaboration, combining EEG, ECG, PPG/HRV, GSR, IMU and EMG to capture cognitive, physiological, muscular and motion-related signals in real time. The foundations were developed as part of a EU co-funded project and has been tested with 80 participants, providing a strong foundation for follow-up R&D and validation in operational environments. Further development can focus on industrial hardening, industry specific applications, miniaturisation, improved comfort and usability, edge-AI processing, federated or privacy-preserving analytics, multimodal sensor fusion, integration with cobots, XR systems, digital twins and industrial control platforms, and large-scale validation across diverse worker populations and use cases. BIOHEX is particularly suited to applications such as neuroadaptive workstations, cognitive-load-aware interfaces, fatigue and stress monitoring, ergonomic risk assessment, adaptive training, operator-in-the-loop digital twins, and EMG/IMU-based gesture recognition for hands-free HCI and HRI. While tailored for industrial environments, the same technology can be adapted to robotics, XR/virtual worlds, logistics, construction, transport, rehabilitation, sports, education and other domains requiring robust, human-centric sensing and adaptive AI.
