Horizon Europe Cluster 4 Digital Matchmaking Platform
Registration open until 2 Sept 2027
How does the platform work?
Attending a matchmaking event offers a convenient and efficient method to connect with potential partners for collaboration.
20 minutes run fast, but they are crucial for building initial connections as they provide a targeted way to meet potential collaboration partners, allowing participants to quickly evaluate each other's interests and expertise, and identify common goals and synergies.
-
Register for the event
Register via the "Register now" button.
-
Create your profile to showcase who you are and what you are looking for
Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Don’t forget to add a pitch, biography, your skills and interests to your profile. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
-
Browse profiles of attendees
Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filter options to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximize your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.
-
Send & receive meeting requests and messages
Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. Send out messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations even before the event to establish stronger connections.
-
My schedule and meetings overview
Access your meetings in "My Schedule" or "Meetings", where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings. If it is a virtual meeting, check your camera and microphone before joining, and don't be late!
-
Browse and add market place entries
Go to the market place and browse the offers of expertise, cooperation requests and services advertised there by other participants. You can also add your own market place entry, e.g. to offer expertise for a specific call topic or a service that others might find useful for their work in EU projects.
Happy matchmaking!
What does a good profile need?
You are on the matchmaking platform for digital tech funding in Horizon Europe Cluster 4, so your profile needs to reflect what you can bring to an EU project funded under Horizon Europe! This is not difficult though. A good profile just needs the following:
-
A profile picture
Put yourself in the other person's shoes - we all like to know who it is we are talking to! -
Call topics of interest
This is the Cluster 4 digital matchmaking platform after all! Participants are looking for partners for proposals in a particular call topic, so you need to tell them which call topics you are interested in. -
Your expertise
Tell people what you, personally, can contribute to an EU project in terms of knowledge, skills and previous experience in R&I projects. -
An organisation profile
If you are the first person from your organisation joining the platform, you will be asked to create a profile not only for yourself, but also for your organisation. You will automatically be the owner of that profile. Your colleagues who join later on can select your organisation from the list of registered organisations. Make the organisation profile compelling too, with a logo, description of the organisation and its areas of activity.
