Alexandre HAUTCOEUR

I am an engineer and project manager specializing in welding, steel construction, and R&D. Currently, I manage research and development projects and partnerships at the Institut de Soudure, focusing on innovation in welding, materials, and industrial processes. My role involves overseeing technical collaborations, securing funding, and driving advancements in the field.

Previously, I worked as a Tender and Proposal Manager at Eiffage Métal, where I handled the technical and financial preparation of bids for large-scale steel construction projects. I was responsible for cost estimation, risk assessment, contract negotiations, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to develop competitive proposals. Before that, as a Steel Construction Manager at SIMI S.R.L., I led metal assembly and welding projects on complex construction sites. I also have experience in software development, having designed financial tracking tools as a Python Developer at Proteus Group.

With a background in mechanical and industrial engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to my work, combining technical expertise with project management to develop innovative solutions in welding, structural engineering, and industrial construction.
