About

Leverage our unique data assets for your Horizon Europe project! Our AI/Cardiology team in Brno offers access to, and expert analysis of, highly granular cardiac electrophysiology data, collected within a clinical setting.

Our Data Assets Feature:

  • High-Resolution ECGs: Extensive libraries with beat-by-beat, expert-verified annotations for a wide range of arrhythmias.

  • Unique Labels and Features for Explainable AIs: Including difficult-to-detect phenomena like 'superimposed' atrial activity – crucial for estimating atrial patterns, atrio-ventricular conduction ratios, and modeling causal relationship between individual waves with DAGs. It provides rich background for differential diagnosis and research of source separation techniques.

  • 3D Electroanatomical Maps: Linked to clinical procedures and patient outcomes.

  • Clinical Integration: All data is backed by deep clinical context and can be linked to other relevant patient information (within ethical guidelines).

What We Offer:

  • Expertise in navigating the ethical and practical aspects of using clinical data for research.

  • The ability to use this data to train, test, and validate AI models developed within a consortium.

  • AI services to extract novel biomarkers and insights from this data.

We Are Looking For: HE partners developing AI/ML models (especially for cardiology or time-series/3D data) who need high-quality, real-world data and clinical/AI expertise for validation and discovery.
