the 9 RSRI (Sectorial Hubs for Inudstrial Research) in Quebec (CANADA) gather 1000+ SME and research centers, already involved in collaborative projects between industry and research centers. Most of them are intereseted to join HE consosrtia. 9 Thematics are Aeronautics, Aluminium, Mining, Advanced Materials, Electrical Energy, Biotech, Medtech, ICT (AI and Quantum), Pharma. Most organisations are prone to join HE consortia, helped by the RSRI funding agencies. Networking, Dissemination, Communication, Budget Management , are part of what any RSRI offer and could offer for HE.
