Jose Solaz

PhD. In Mechanical engineering. I have worked in the past for several automobile companies what allowed me to know about product development process. After this period, I developed my career as researcher in Data Analysis of biophysical signals, mathematical programming and comfort and human factors area.

In some of my past activities, I have led a team formed by researchers, PhD and technicians coordinating the R&D activities that allowed us to deep into dynamic comfort, thermal comfort and human body modelling.

The experience leading teams and projects with OEMs and transport companies as customers but also in the frame of RTD EU funded projects has permitted me to develop a set of skills in research and a deep knowledge of the needs of the automobile sector and, later, of the Mobility sector.

As Head of Innovation and corporate intrapreneur, I am responsible for the development of the innovation road-map, building and implementing new disruptive products and businesses from R&D to pilot launches and go-to-market strategies.
