*Exhibition Stand

Take the chance to present your products and services at the chii2026. The exhibition will take place directly in the conference room and in the foyer of the conference venue. The "Exhibitor Full Conference Pass" and "Exhibitor + Speaker Full Conference Pass" each include participation for one person on both conference days and the conference dinner. If additional people from your institution would like to attend, please book a separate ticket. All exhibition stands have a size of approx. 180 × 60 cm and are equipped with a separate power supply. Only two roll-ups are permitted for each exhibition stand. We kindly ask you to respect this. The number of stands is limited due to space restrictions. Therefore, book your booth directly during the conference registration.

Cancellation

If you cancel your conference attendance—in writing only—before April 29, 2026, 50 % of the ticket amount will be withheld. After April 29, 2026, a refund of the registration fee is no longer possible.
