CBE JU Info Day webinar - 12 March 2026

This year, the CBE JU Info Day will take place online only.

The webinar will provide key insights into the 2026 CBE JU call for project proposals, offering participants information on:

  • The submission and evaluation process

  • Call management rules and conditions

  • How to prepare a strong CBE JU proposal

This virtual session is designed to help you get fully informed and ready ahead of the call deadline.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions via a dedicated Q&A tool throughout the event.

In-person networking event - 21 April 2026

The networking event will take place in person in Brussels and will focus on structured networking and workshops. Through interactive training and matchmaking sessions, participants will engage with potential partners, develop project ideas and explore collaboration opportunities. Attendees will have the opportunity to:

  • Connect with other members of the CBE JU community

  • Discuss and refine project ideas

  • Explore potential partnerships and consortia

  • Parallel training sessions will be organised to support different applicant profiles and help improve the quality and competitiveness of proposals submitted to the CBE JU 2026 call.

    • Training for widening participants: a targeted session for applicants from widening countries, aimed at increasing participation in the CBE JU programme

    • Training for SMEs: practical advice on building strong business cases and bankable projects

    • Training on Flagships: guidance on preparing high-quality Flagship proposals

    The event will take place in Track Brussels. The venue is located inside the Gare du Nord station, Rue du Progrès 76, 1030 Schaerbeek

  • Apply for a travel grant to attend the event

    Participants from Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain – Canary Islands, Tunisia and Türkiye can apply for a travel grant via the NCP_WIDERA.NET project, on the condition that they have a fully completed profile on the CBE JU networking platform and a list of scheduled meetings for the event day.
