ProVeg

ProVeg International is a global food awareness organisation working to transform food systems through innovation, policy, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. We help reduce the environmental impact of food production by supporting the development and uptake of plant-based and cultivated alternatives, driving institutional change in schools and public settings, and partnering with businesses to expand sustainable offerings.

Across the Globe, we collaborate with governments, NGOs, industry, and research institutions to advance resilient, healthy, and climate-friendly food systems aligned with EU Green Deal, Farm to Fork, and climate objectives focusing on:

• Communication & Dissemination - designing and leading outreach strategies, campaigns, and materials for policy, industry, and consumers.

• Stakeholder Engagement - organising co-creation workshops, multi-stakeholder dialogues, and real-life pilots (schools, caterers, retailers, startups).

• Consumer & Market Insights - conducting surveys, focus groups, and behaviour-change work related to plant-based and alternative proteins.

• Policy Link & Advocacy - connecting project results to EU and national policies, drafting recommendations, and convening policy events.

• Innovation Ecosystem Support - leveraging the ProVeg Incubator and networks to connect projects with startups, investors, and food companies.
