CCRI Urban Manufacturing: Circular Validation & Testing Support
Phd., EU Programmes Manager at AITEX
Alcoy, Spain
About
AITEX can support CCRI projects by delivering applied R&D, pilot validation and testing to help urban manufacturers increase resource efficiency (more circular materials / less material per output) and adopt clean, circular practices, aligned with EU climate/zero‑pollution/circularity goals. We provide laboratory testing, certification-oriented evidence, and industrially relevant prototyping for circular products and processes—especially in textiles (collection/sorting, recycling routes, and sustainable finishing/processes) and related value chains. We also contribute to knowledge sharing and diffusion of digital tools/methods enabling scale-up across cities and regions within the CCRI ecosystem. We also provide links with stakeholders in the value chain.
