HORIZON-CL6-2026-01-BIODIV-01-two-stage Living labs for co-creating solutions for the restoration of ecosystems Collaboration Offer

Doğuş Teknoloji will develop a centralized and interoperable data platform to support monitoring and analysis across all living labs.

-            The platform will collect, harmonize, and analyze data from IoT sensors, remote sensing, and field observations; normalize it according to EU standards; and store it in a scalable, transferable structured database. Real-time dashboards and APIs will enable authorized stakeholders to visualize trends, track restoration indicators (e.g., water quality, vegetation cover, soil health), and assess non-deterioration progress. Advanced analytics will support decision-making, while adherence to FAIR principles and GDPR compliance will ensure secure and transparent data sharing.

We aim to satisfy the below scope/outcomes of the call:

-            establish tools for each living lab to allow for an accurate assessment of the conditions and to monitor progress towards the objectives. Where relevant, the overall objective should be to reach the favourable reference areas, the good conservation status and the satisfactory levels for indicators at national levels defined in the Habitats Directive, the Birds Directive, the Marine Strategy Framework Directive, the Water Framework Directive or the Nature Restoration Regulation;
