Towards commercialization of food systems microbiome solutions

Farrelly Mitchell would be the exploitation partner to achieve the objective “provide business models for companies, SMEs and start-ups to facilitate the successful deployment and commercialization of microbiome solutions for the EU market.” We will do this by leading market-oriented work packages delivering feasibility studies, business model design, and cost–benefit and investment analyses; developing exploitation strategies and Key Exploitable Results (KERs) including market sizing, competitor benchmarking, regulatory alignment, and routes to EU market uptake; and providing financial, commercial, and operational due diligence to validate scalability and long-term economic viability for companies, SMEs, and start-ups.
